What is Custom Fields?

Custom Fields is a feature that allows for the creation and personalization of specific data parameters for each contact, enhancing communication efficiency.

How to add a custom Field?

While inside the 'contact info' of a contact, click either '+' or 'Create' to add a new custom field.

How to use custom Fields?

Custom Fields is a feature that provides quick and efficient communication methods.

Let's take an example here, as you saw in the visual above, I have created a custom field named "Address", which includes the information - "Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia". So you must be thinking about how to use it.

Well, we can use this custom field in the message by writing it as "{{Address}}", and it will send as "Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia".

<aside> âť— Please note, the custom field won't work if it is not inside double curly brackets i.e. {{custom_field_name}}.

<aside> âť— Please note, custom fields are case-sensitive, so if you have custom field "Address", it won't work if you write it as {{address}}.

How to Delete Custom Field / Tag?

Users able to delete the custom fields by following these steps:

Step 1: Go to CRM, then go to Contacts.

Step 2: Go to the 3 dots, then click Manage Tags.

Step 3: Select the tags you wish to delete, click Delete Selected and delete the tags.

How to Edit Tag Name?

Users able to edit tag name by following these steps:

  1. Step 1: Go to CRM, then go to Contacts. And “Create” a new one tag to replace the one you want to change.
