第一步：點擊「Automation」然後點擊「Boradcasts」，在左上角/中間點擊「+New Broadcast」
Step 2: Set Target Audience, 用戶可以選擇他們的目標觀眾進行廣播- [聯繫人包括標籤]：具有這些標籤的聯繫人將被包含在廣播中。
[聯繫人排除標籤]：具有這些標籤的聯繫人將被排除在廣播之外。
[其他特定聯繫人]：從您的聯繫人列表中搜索並添加特定聯繫人。

To Upload CSV File, users can download the CSV template and then click the button [Upload CSV File]:
Note: If you would like to broadcast to clients, not in your audience, you may add the number directly to the panel or upload a CSV file if you would like to contact a bulk number of numbers.
Step 3: Click the button [Continue]:
Users may input the {{Name}} of the broadcast itself:
Select the message template that you have set up for the broadcast (you may preview it when selecting the message template):
Step 4: Click the button [Continue]:
Check the terms and condition box and click Send Now or you may schedule the broadcast for future dates 「Interval」= is the time gap between each message ( it is best to set up to 120/150s per message )
⚠️Please stay connected to Chatdaddy while broadcasting to prevent any failure
Step: 5 After setting up the broadcast, users may click on [Schedule] to schedule the time for the broadcast to be active, or click [Send Now] to start the broadcast immediately:
Reminder
當broadcast時 Whatsapp 必須是 Connect 去 Chatdaddy的，不然會出現 Failed 的狀態

Cold Message 指 向未曾有對話記錄的聯絡人Broadcast Warm Message 指 向曾有對話記錄的聯絡人Broadcast 當Broadcast對象是曾有對話記錄的聯絡人（Warm Call）， 大致上可以安全做Broadcast而不被檢舉，相反Cold Call就會有相應風險被檢舉
但如果對方收到訊息Block你 ， 則提高WhatsApp官方對你使用WhatsApp的方法，亦有機會被Ban
