Intro
Considering cancelling your subscription? We aim to make this process hassle-free. If you encounter any challenges or have suggestions for improvement, we'd love to hear from you. Your feedback helps us enhance your experience. Thank you for choosing ChatDaddy.
Steps
Access Billing Settings
- From the ChatDaddy homepage, navigate to the menu bar on the left and locate Settings. Within Settings, select Billing.
Locate Your Subscription
- Within the Billing section, locate your current subscription.
Initiate Cancellation
- Look for a button labeled Cancel Subscription or similar wording. This is located directly next to your plan details and requires clicking on the three dots menu.
Verify Cancellation
- Once confirmed, your subscription cancellation should be complete. Look for a confirmation message (showing an expiry date instead of Auto-Renew).
Error Handling
- If you encounter an error message during cancellation (e.g., red error code), consider these options:
- Contact Admin: If your organization uses a managed account, contact your administrator for assistance with cancellation.
- Support Team: If self-service cancellation fails and you don't have an admin, reach out to the ChatDaddy support team by clicking here and stating the issue you are facing by providing a screenshot for further assistance.
