Step 1:
Go to Automation, and click「Message Flow」
Step 2:
Click「+ New Message Flow」, then click「Create New Flow」, it will redirect you to create new flow
Step 3:
Input text you want to send in 1, and add image/video/audio you want to send in 2
Step 4:
If you want to add actions for your flow, can click the yellow icons to add them. If you don't need it, can skip this step
Tag: Suitable if you want to tag the related contact/chat when this message gets sent Assign: Suitable if you want to assign the related contact/chat when this message gets sent Notify User: Suitable if you want to notify team mates when this message gets sent
Webhook: Suitable if you want to send an API request when this message gets sent
Step 5: Click "Save" to finish
If you want to test, can click 'Test' to send this message to a contact, can skip it if you don't need
