Ever connected your WhatsApp account to ChatDaddy for managing conversations, but then faced a pesky "disconnected channel" message? Don't worry, reconnecting is a breeze! This guide will walk you through the steps to get your WhatsApp channel up and running again on ChatDaddy.

Steps

Access Manage Channels

• On the ChatDaddy dashboard, click on your user icon in the top right corner and select Manage Channels from the dropdown menu.

Identify Disconnected Channel

• Within the Manage Channels section, locate the specific channel that appears as disconnected.

Initiate Reconnection

• Click the Scan QR button associated with the disconnected channel.

Choose Reconnection Method

• You'll be presented with two options to reconnect the channel:
  • Scan QR from WhatsApp: Open the WhatsApp app on your phone and scan the QR code displayed on your ChatDaddy screen.
  • Link with Phone Number: Enter the phone number associated with the WhatsApp account you want to reconnect and enter the code provided on your WhatsApp Account.
