Learn how to integrate WhatsApp Business API with ChatDaddy for enhanced customer engagement and streamlined operations.

Steps

• By applying for WABA with Chatdaddy, you acknowledge and agree to the conversation charges. (Merchants using the WhatsApp Business platform are charged per conversation, which includes all messages delivered within a 24-hour conversation period.) For your reference, please find the conversation rate table here. Before using the service, please review the rates carefully and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

1. Login to your ChatDaddy account and go to Manage Channels.
2. Click Add more channels.
3. Input your preferred channel name and choose WhatsApp Business API as the account type.
4. Click Sign up to start registration or Activate Existing Number to migrate your number from another BSP to ChatDaddy.
5. Log in to your Facebook Business Manager account, then click Get Started and Continue.
6. Choose your existing Meta business account and click Next.
7. Decide to create a new WhatsApp Business Account or use an existing phone number, then click Next.
8. Enter your business information for the WhatsApp Business profile and click Next.
9. Obtain the OTP via the registered phone number.
10. Enter the OTP to complete the WABA application and click Done.
11. Re-enter the registered phone number in ChatDaddy.
12. Click Refresh WABA details to check the latest status of your WABA account. If it says “Approved”, your WABA application has been approved by Facebook Meta. If it says “Rejected/Pending”, you may need to relink your meta account with ChatDaddy to appeal with Facebook Meta. Please reach out to customer support by clicking here to open the WABA service.
