1. The message usage of ChatDaddy is calculated based on the messages sent by users through ChatDaddy, and this includes the messages sent from ChatDaddy automation reply (such as offline bot, broadcast, keyword reply, scheduled messages, notifications, etc).
2. This means the moment you send a message flow, all the delay messages in the message flow will be counted in your message quota.
3. Messages sent from WhatsApp will not be counted towards the message usage. If the message sent exceeds the monthly limit, there will be a charge of USD 10 for every 500 additional messages. The automatically topped up of additional messages is default for subscription with message limit.
4. Please note that the message usage will be reset on every 1st of the month regardless of the subscription start date.
