Intro

Before sending messages through the WABA account, users must submit templates for review. Only approved templates are permitted for broadcasting.

Steps

1. Access 'Automation' in ChatDaddy and select 'Messages Flow'.
2. Click '+Create New Flow', then choose 'Create New Flow'.
3. Edit the template name using the pen icon, enter content, save, then 'Submit for Review'.
4. Choose Channel, Category, and Language, and click 'Submit'.
5. You can check the submission status of the template in the template editor; Once a template is submitted, the approval process may take up to 24 hours.
6. Once approved, a "✅" will appear next to the template name. For example (refer to the image below):
