Steps
Navigate to CRM
- On the ChatDaddy homepage, locate the menu bar on the left. Click on "CRM."
Activate Membership
- Within the CRM section, find "Membership." Locate the "Manage Membership" section and enable the system.
Setting Up Point Systems
- Point Addition:
- Trigger Keyword: Define a keyword your customers can use to initiate the point-adding process.
- Welcome Text: Craft a message automatically sent to the customer upon entering the keyword.
- Confirmation Text: Designate the message sent after the user confirms adding points from the membership list.
- Point Deduction:
- Trigger Keyword: Establish a keyword for customers to trigger the point deduction process.
- Welcome Text: Create a message automatically sent upon entering the keyword for point deduction.
- Confirmation Text: Designate the message sent after the user confirms deducting points from the membership list.
Managing Membership Points
- Access All Memberships: Locate the All Memberships List section.
- Verify and Update Points: Click the membership points button for the specific customer whose points need confirmation (adding or deducting). Once confirmed, the system will automatically update their membership points.
