Intro
Offline Bot is a feature wherein during the time range you set(could be your off hours), no matter what kind of messages your clients send, your WhatsApp will auto-reply with the message you set.

Steps
1. Access Automation Menu
- From the ChatDaddy homepage, navigate to the menu bar on the left and hover over Automation. Then, select Offline Bot.
2. Choose Message Flow
- Select an existing or create a new message flow you want to use for automated replies.
3. Define Trigger Channels
- Choose the channel(s) where you want this offline bot to be triggered. You can select multiple channels if applicable.
4. Set Trigger Frequency (Optional)
- To prevent excessive responses, consider setting a limit on how often the offline bot triggers (highly recommended).
5. Configure Business Hours
- Define your business hours. The offline bot will only activate outside these designated times.
6. Advanced Settings (Optional)
Mark Chat as Read
- Decide if the chat should be marked as read after the offline bot triggers.
Group Chats
- Enable the bot to respond in group chats alongside individual chats (default is individual only).
Cancel the Following Messages if Reply Received
- Be aware that if your message flow includes delays or additional message flows, any client response (text or button selection) will cancel the remaining flow.
Respond to New Messages Only
- For cleaner interactions, choose to have the offline bot respond only to new incoming messages, not triggering on existing chat history (recommended to avoid multiple messages in one chat).
