Dear global users, Here are the latest WhatsApp issues we have noticed for our users, we will list WhatsApp issues, Causes, and solutions:

👉🏻Issue 1: First Message not being seen

👉🏻Issue 2: "This message is unavailable"

👉🏻Issue 3: Full message history not presented

👉🏻Issue 4: Read Status on the phone and web is not synced

👉🏻Issue 5: Message contains buttons with URL

👉🏻Issue 6: About message history on linked devices

👉🏻Issue 7: The updated contact name does not sync with ChatDaddy

👉🏻Issue 8: Message failed to send: “Rejected By Recipient”

👉🏻Issue 9: Incomplete message displayed on WhatsApp Web

👉🏻Issue 10: WhatsApp synchronization issue


Other Reasons:

Chat history cannot be sync

Solution: Ask the user to rescan the QR code

Teammates can’t access tags after unticking and retick the tag

Cause: Teammate’s login status

Solution: The teammate needs to logout/login

The uploaded CSV is garbled, and unable to show tags

Cause: Encoding issue from MS Excel

Solution: Ask the user to upload to Google Sheets> Download as CSV > Upload directly without opening the file
