If your keyword reply triggered twice, here are steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Check the keyword trigger frequency If the "Limit Trigger Frequency" is set to "No Limit," it could result in multiple triggers if a user sends a keyword that activates the keyword reply.

  1. Check if there is any duplicate keyword replies created Please check the Keyword Reply list to see if there are any other Keyword Replies with the same settings.

  1. Check if there are 2 channels connected to the same phone number

  1. Check if the same message flows have been used for the offline bot Please check if the offline bot is turned on and using the same message flows as specified in the keyword reply settings.
