Ever wished you could manage all your messaging apps in one place? ChatDaddy lets you do just that! This guide will show you how to add new channels to your ChatDaddy account, turning it into your one-stop shop for seamless communication.

Steps

Access Manage Channels

• Click on your user icon in the top right corner of the ChatDaddy dashboard.
• Select Manage Channels from the dropdown menu.

Add a New Channel

• Locate the Add Channel button.

  <aside> ❗ Please note: Each plan (Mini, Pro & Max) come with one channel by default.

  </aside>

• You might get redirected you to a Stripe payment page if you haven't upgraded for additional channels.

• One additional channel is US$348 yearly.

  

Connect Your New Channel

• Once you've upgraded (if needed), follow the Access Manage Channels step to connect your desired messaging platform.

Verify Connection

• Once you've completed the connection steps, wait for the channel status to show Connected.
• You can now start messaging in your new channel.
