How do I assign a chat to a teammate?

You can assign any contact to your teammate by opening the chat's inbox and clicking on the "Assign" button on the top right. For more information, please check the demo above.

Why is my message pending?

Pending messages are those messages which were not delivered properly or are set to be sent after a delay.

What are clear pending messages?

By clicking "Clear pending messages", you can remove all the Pending Messages from the queue(they will not be sent anymore)

Does ChatDaddy support voice message?

• Yes, ChatDaddy supports voice message. Users can find a microphone icon in the bottom right corner of the chat window. Click on it to record and send a voice message.

How to Clear Pending Messages?

Step 1: In the top right corner, Click on the user menu button and select “Failed Messages”.
